SMSF Setup Fees
Includes all necessary paperwork including Deeds, PDS, Member Applications, ABN Application, Trustee Acknowledgments.
SMSF with Individual Trustees $330.00*
SMSF with Corporate Trustee $1,023.00*
SMSF Administration Fees (guide only)
Standard fee (no pensions) $1,100.00*
Advanced fee (with pensions) $1,540.00*
The above fees are a guide only. If your fund is newly set up or you have minimal transactions then an indicative fee may be $660.00*. If your fund is complex such as numerous term deposits, bank accounts, extensive share trading, investment property then the fee may be slightly more than the Advanced Fee. We are happy to provide a quote.
SMSF Audit Fees
The audit is provided by an Auditor of your choice or you can use our preferred Auditor.
Our preferred Auditor charges between $330.00* and $550.00* depending on the complexity of the fund.
SMSF Actuarial Certificates
We obtain our actuarial certificates from Bendzulla Actuarial who charge $176.00*. Actuarial certificates are only required when your SMSF has Accumulation and Pension accounts at the same time.
Corporate Trustee Registered Office Service
Annual Registered Office Fee $220.00*
If you have a Corporate Trustee we can be the registered office if you wish. If we are the registered office then we will take care of all communication with ASIC including Address, Name and Director changes. We also securely store your Secretarial File. All of this is included in the annual registered office fee. Please note that the Annual ASIC fee of $45.00 is payable separately (Special Purpose Company).
